Hello,
I'm setting up a portable testing lab. Does anyone know anything about video cards that allow you to capture onscreen action? I heard this is an inexpensive alternative to buying a Scan converter... Links to any products/info would be helpful.

Additionally, anyone have advice about software that would record a subject's actions?
