This is such a good point! Companies are also really new at this, and
CMS is so often a case where IT folks need to talk to an entirely
different set of business people than they've ever had to deal with
before. EVERYONE in the chain is new at this -- so their
expectations, their ability to articulate requirements, the cultural
fit or not of the entire notion of enterprise-wide content
management, and how much magic they expect from a tool are all
completely subjective and likely to fall short.
