[Sigia-l] functional / technical requirements checklists

I'm new to this list and was wondering if anyone could recommend checklists
for defining functional and technical requirements?  I'm interested mostly
in checklists that could be used when quoting a new project with a client to
make sure that nothing is overlooked.

What would be ideal would be a Word document or online form that would
include the major things that need to be considered.  You could use this as
a template to fill out each time a new project is started.

I've searched through various books and online sources for the topic as well
as SIG-IA mail archive.  So far I haven't found a concise list of these
considerations.

Do you have any suggestions?
