[Asis-standards] lots of ISO votes - part one of several emails

Hi all

I am suggesting Withdraw -- I have general questions of continued
relevance of this standard, there may be others who have an
alternative opinion. If its kept, then I'd recommend Revise if only to
update some of the references to more recently emergent and updated
standards.

> 2) "Systematic Review of ISO 7144:1986, Documentation -- Presentation of
> theses and similar documents"

I am suggesting Revise -- particularly since there are now a
predominance of electronic theses which have obvious modality and
other documentation/description elements that are not represented in
this much older standard.

> title information of series"

I am suggesting Withdraw -- I have general questions of continued
