GRANT APPLICATION DEADLINE APPROACHING (01 Jun 2011)

A) WHO can apply ?!

- ALL participants of ESSIR! Special grants available for full-time students!

B) WHAT should be submitted ?!

- one-page CV including full personal data, details of academic career, and contact email

- one-page explanation for a) why the applicant wants/needs to attend ESSIR 2011, and b) why he demands funding support

- proof of student status / PhD student status (e.g. copy of valid student ID, matriculation confirmation, written confirmation by PhD supervisor)

- optional recommendation letters (e.g. from PhD supervisors or professors from the home university)

Fulltime students currently enrolled in bachelor/master/diploma programs are also requested dto submit

- a recent copy of the Transcript of Records from home university (i.e. an overview of attended lectures/seminars with scores/marks achieved so far)
