Best Information Behavior Conference Paper Award: Maria Souden & Joan C. Durrance. Souden is a Postdoctoral Fellow, School of Information and Library Studies, University College Dublin, Ireland; Durrance is a Professor at the University of Michigan. Title of Paper: Information Use in Chronic Illness Care:The Role of the Electronic Health Record in Bridging Patient Experience and Healthcare Contexts.

Best Information Behavior Conference Poster Award: Chang Liu (Ph.D candidate), Jingjing Liu, Nicholas Belkin, Michael Cole, and Jacek Gwizdka, all Rutgers University. Title of poster: Using Dwell Time as an
Implicit Measure of Usefulness in Different Task Types
