SIG/STI: Chemical Abstracts Student Travel Award 2005

American Society for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T)
Announces Student Grant
Application deadline: July 20, 2005

The ASIS&T Special Interest Group on Scientific and Technical
Information Systems (SIG/STI) is offering a $1,000 grant to a library
and information science student, with an interest or background in
chemistry or chemical engineering, to defray the cost of attending the
2005 ASIS&T annual meeting. This money has been made available through
a
grant from Chemical Abstracts Service, a division of the American
Chemical Society.

October 28-November 2, 2005
Charlotte, NC 

Requirements: 

1. A demonstrated interest in chemistry and information science.
2. A current graduate student. Full-time enrollment is not mandatory,
but will be given preference.
