[Sigmetrics] Revival of the ISI brand anf function

Dear Colleagues

Clarivate Analytics today announced it will re-establish the Institute for
Scientific Information (ISI) in its Scientific and Academic Research Group.
This new incarnation of the institute will be focused on the development of
existing and new bibliometric and analytical approaches, fostering
collaborations with partners and customers across the academic community*.*

And I shall be leaving Digital Science on 30th March to return to Clarivate
on 1st April as Director of ISI.
