[Sigmetrics] Fast Save in the Web of Science

[Loet Leydesdorff]

Dear colleagues,

Since recently, there is a fast save option until 5000 records in WoS. 
It saves author names, titles, and journal names. I needed a little 
routine to transform this output in the plain text format of WoS (with 
tags).
