[Sigmetrics] Why STI & ISSI are not included in ERA Core list?

Dear Colleagues,

I always wonder that why STI & ISSI are not included in ERA Core list?

I know many Asian institutes including ours which prefer to support travel
funds if the conference is listed in the ERA Core rankings.  Having STI &
ISSI in the core list would be helpful in this regard.
