Please note that the 2010 paper by Henk Moed describes the original version of SNIP, which is different from the revised version that is currently being reported in Scopus. The revised version of SNIP is documented in the following paper: http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.joi.2012.11.011 or http://arxiv.org/abs/1209.0785.
