Ranking Web of Repositories

I would like to point out re: the suggestion that scientific social
networks are somehow inhibiting open access that Mendeley has worked with
Symplectic to facilitate deposit of anything on a researcher's Mendeley
profile to their local IR. In addition, Mendeley has an Open API, so could
be a useful service to help identify authors who have new outputs that
haven't been deposited with their institution. This puts us in an entirely
separate class from the other sites mentioned.
