Quality of the address information in proceedings papers records in Web of Science

Dear all,

I have noticed that there are addresses frequently missing in Web of Science in proceedings papers records. I am therefore wondering if someone knows anything about this problem. Is there any information from Thomson Reuters about this? Can proceedings papers records be used for co-authorship analysis or is the quality of the records not good enough?

I would be thankful for any information or comments in this matter.
