2D and 3D layouts for maps of science compared

[Clement Levallois]

GraphInsight accepts the .net Pajek file format as an input. The .net file
format does not code attributes for nodes or edges, ie pre-attributed
colors for nodes can't be imported in GraphInsight with this fomat. 3 other
formats are listed (DIMACS, CNF, CNF2), but I could not figure out their
specifications.
