Dear All,
We are looking for a software to analyze and monitor the past, present, and
future trends (backward & forward trends) of research and innovations based
on Patent Analysis.
A backward and forward looking measure of innovations and patents will
be analyzed and provided. Open access and open
source software are preferred.
