I lke to get your attention about the attached Thesis proposal by below
University. They are trying implement LSA "again" for their Thesis(

can be found in the address). As you might recall, also, during our recent
conversation, I was thinking of a novell approach using LSA for the
Hacettepe Library or similar to it and so on....
