files for mapping Chinese journals in 2006

The Pajek input files 2006 for the mapping of Chinese journals contained in
the CSTPC journal set of the Institute of Scientific and Technical
Information of China are now available online at
http://www.leydesdorff.net/istic06. One needs NJStar to make the characters
visible in the Pajek output.
