I do not think the Proceedings are available on line. That is why we
have been including author email addresses with the abstracts.. Each
attendee received a two volume set of the proceedings. The person to

Are the ISSI proceedings available online?  Are they available for
purchase by non attendees?  Maybe they'll be published in a journal (I
have access to Scientometrics)?
