  It is done. The data still needs some care, it is not 
  as complete as I'd like it to be. In particular it is
  missing detailed multilingual names, as well 
  as detailed abbreviated names. But as is it can be used
  in general scientometric work wherever a list of 
  academic institutions is required. And the data
  will improve.
