Abstract: This article considers Toulmin's recent impact on scholarship by 
comparing his citation Counts with those of other celebrated philosophers. 
Toulmin is found to be in good stead, in fact better cited recently than 
many of the great names at the intersection of philosophy of science and 
philosophy of logic.
