Introduction to the Field

[Mogotsi I C Mr, LIS]

I am new to the field of Scientometrics / Bibliometrics / Informetrics,
and would appreciate pointers to introductory reading materials. The
specific project I have in mind - once I have found my bearings - is to
do an overview of an emerging field of study using the techniques of
Scientometrics / Bibliometrics / Informetrics.
