Dear Colleagues,
It gives me great pleasure to announce the results of the recent ISSI
elections for the new President and Board for the next four years. The next
ISSI Board Meeting will be held at the end of the 9th International
Conference on Scientometrics & Informetrics in Beijing, China in late
August 2003.

The new ISSI President is Dr Henry Small of ISI, Philadelphia, US.
The Board for the same period is comprised of (in alphabetical order):
