It is a rare event when the editor of a scientific journal devotes one
quarter of an issue to bibliometrics. But that has recently occured in the
September 2001 issue of CORTEX a journal which is published by Masson,
edited by Sergio Della Sala (Editor, Aberdeen, UK) and Jordan Grafman
(Co-editor, Bethesda, USA) and remarkablly is available free on the web
without a password at URL.
