French reader/translation request

Dear Gretchen: That fellow said he would create an English version of his
mailings. You should ask him for it directly. You might also consider trying
the Systran system to get a quick and dirty translation. If Angel Moreno
were not ill I would ask him to do this for you. I just got back from
Toronto and saw Charlie Meadow, Got to rush now. See you and the gang soon

 A document has come my way from ADEST, in French.  My French is
sufficient to suggest that it might be of interest to this group, but not
sufficient to be sure or to translate it.  If someone could volunteer to
read and  possibly summarize the document for this group, I'd be most
