[Sigmet-officers] possible keynote?

We should hear about the workshop acceptance on May 4th. After that, we can invite keynote speaker(s) as well as solicit papers, etc. I was thinking of possibly inviting George Santangelo to speak on the Relative Citation Ratio, which has gathered a lot of interest and a tiny bit of controversy. Anyone in favor or opposed?
