[Sigmet-officers] FW: ASIST 2018 - Invitation to Collaborate with SIG KM on Panel Proposal

Dear all,

I don't see any relation to the topics of SIGMET and cannot say in what 
way we could contribute to this panel. But this is only my personal 
view, maybe someone else sees a connection.
