I?ve emailed Kristene Unsworth regarding any ASIST plans to honor Dr. Garfield. I will let you know when I hear something.
I did receive a response from Irene regarding the ASIST Bulletin below:

That's a great idea. Thank you, Tim. The next deadline is May 1 for the June/July issue. It could go in a later one if that works better for you. I would suggest something on the order of 3,000 words, but there is flexibility there as well. Remember that it should be practitioner-oriented and not an academic piece.
