Three minor comments
1. The last paragraph "This a student paper contest for SIGMET ..." should
be erased
2. In the purpose section I would replace webometrics with altmetrics or
add altmetrics to the list of metrics mentioned.
3. My impression when reading the Prizes section is that the SIG has a lot
of money to give away, and I am not sure that this is the case ...
