I have submitted a workshop proposal for Sigmet -- I think it would be preferable to wait for the workshop approval prior to diffusing the Call for papers. We should hear from them June 11. More soon.

Elsevier agreed again to sponsor the workshop -- 1500$.

Please see attached the draft Call for Papers for the fourth annual Student Paper Contest (please do not distribute!).
