[Sigmet-officers] workshop CFP

  Hi Cassidy,

Thanks for writing the CFP.

I believe that the dates are fine. However, I'm not familiar with visa 
procedures for Canada. It will also depend on how many people are 
waiting for the workshop to make their decision whether they'll attend 
the ASIST conference or not.

I don't believe that we need to convene a program/review committed now.
