[Sigmet-officers] budget

  Hi Cassidy,

While the budget seems to be correct, the second page regarding the 
workshop is not.

Namely, the registration revenue was $3490.
Total expenses  were $2265 (and NOT $2264 as indicated on the report) 
for A/V, Catering, and Wireless Internet and $906 for administrative fee 
leading to $3171 total.

Therefore, we should have profited $319 and not lost $320.

Last year we requested $1,020 for student paper competition as part of 
the SIG budget for the year and were awarded the sum. Would it be 
possible to do it this year as well?
