[Sigmet-officers] first draft of student paper contest

Dear All,

I don't think that it is reasonable to give the same presentation both at
the workshop and one or two days later at the main conference. I think that
we also want original works, not something that has already been published.
Submitted elsewhere (journal or conference - but not ASIST) might be OK. I
don't know about works that have already been presented at another
conference without proceedings. These are my thoughts on this issue.
