Dear Judit,
I agree that submitting a SIG/MET panel proposal for the 2012 iConference is a good idea, especially as panel proposals only need to be about 1,000 words in length. I would be happy to be involved in drafting a proposal.
As regards the topic, there seems considerable flexibility: To quote http://www.ischools.org/iConference12/participation/, alternative events (including panels) “should be highly participatory, informal, engaging and pluralistic” and “describe the organizers, participants, purpose, activities, agenda, ramp-up and follow-through.”
Best,
Jonathan.

Dear Judit and all,
I think that proposing a panel for iConference 2012 would be great. Any ideas on topics?
Best,
Stasa
