Call for Demonstrations - CIKM 2011

ACM Twentieth Conference on Information and Knowledge Management
CIKM 2011, Glasgow, October 24th-28th, 2011

We invite proposals for demonstrations describing first-hand
experiences with research prototype systems in any of the topics
identified in the call for papers
http://www.cikm2011.org/callforpapers. We especially encourage
demonstrations bridging these topics, or presenting new perspectives
on these topics.

Demonstration papers must be submitted electronically through the
conference submission system, in PDF format and formatted using the
ACM camera-ready templates available at:
http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates.

Demonstration papers should not exceed 4 pages in length and can
describe system components, implementation techniques, experiences as
well as interactive demonstration plans. Submissions must also include
a URL linking to a preview of the demonstration.

In a pure start-up fashion and to make demos more attractive, all
accepted proposals will be presented *live* on the main auditorium. A
prize will be announced for the winner.

The review process for demonstration submission is NOT double-blind.

Important Dates for Demonstrations:

Demo papers due: June 26, 2011
Notification of Acceptance: July 25, 2011
Camera Ready: August 12, 2011
