    The 2013 Development Leaders Scholarships - worth £15,200 - are
    available for developing country applicants to the one-year MSc
    ICT4D programme

    creating ICT4D champions.

    They are also tenable on the MSc Management and Information Systems

    programme; which develops "hybrid" information systems professionals.

    Applicants apply first for the programme.  On receipt of an offer,
    they send a scholarship application statement by end June 2013.  The
