Inauguration

Shri Kapil Sibal, Hon'ble Minister for Human Resource Development,
Government   of India will inaugurate the conference at 6.00 p.m. on 23
February 2010 in the presence of  Smt D Purandeswari, Hon'ble Minister of
State for Human Resource Development, Government of India; Dr R K Pachauri,
Director General, TERI, New Delhi & Chairman, IPCC (Noble Laureate) and
Prof V N Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice Chancellor IGNOU, New Delhi and other
