[Sigiii-l] Update to the SIG-III blog

Greetings everyone,

I would like to announce a change to the SIG-III Blog: it has moved.  The new address is

http://sigiii.wordpress.com/<blocked::http://sigiii.wordpress.com/>

NEASIST, who used to host the Blog, made some changes to their server, with the result that our blog no longer resides there.  Rather it is now hosted by Wordpress.  This change has prompted the second appearance change in six months, but the new appearance retains all of the functionality of the old site.  Beyond that, the URL is the only other change.
