"Heartiest Congratulations" to 2007 SIG III eighth International Paper
Contest Winners  organized by  ASIST. It was my unique and valuable
professional experience to interact and participate in the last year ASIST
Conference at Austin, Texas during November 2006 as one of the paper
contest winner. Paricipation was full of professional papers and
colleagues.
