 The subject scope of the Conference covers the state-of-the-art and
 prospects
 of new information, computer and Internet technologies in library and
 information practice; library corporations; digital libraries; digital
 information resources; legal aspects of libraries and information
 providers
 activities; new educational technologies; interactionof book
 publishers, distributors and libraries.
 The Conference Program is based on accepted participants’ paper proposals
 and
 special invitations issued by the Organizing Committee to selected experts
 in
 the Conference topics as well as to providers of information, computer,
 publishing and Internet products to libraries.
 A special exhibition operates during the Conference. The Exhibition scope
 includes: new computer technologies in information business and
 librarianship;
 Internet technologies; digital information; information technologies
 in libraries and educational institutions; book trade; library equipment
 and  materials ; publishing houses products;book market services; university
 products andservicesas well as other related issues.
 Conference participants will be offered a social and cultural program,
 which
 includes:
 8 tours to Savvino-Storozhevsky and New Jerusalem medieval Monasteries,
 8 a tour around Pushkin places (Zakharovo- Vyazemy), by preliminary
 requests
 8 a concert
 8 fourchette - dancing party «Nice to meet you»
 8 an informal party on the occasion of the Conference closing with musical
 program.
  A pool, gym, and sauna as well as manipulation and health treatment will
 be
 offered to the Conference participants.
                        Registration and accommodation
                   The Conference registration fee is $ 100.
 Accommodation fee for the whole stay (four days including three meals a
