Dear All,

The ASIST conference is around the corner, and so is the 2nd Global 
Information Village Plaza.
The session is Monday from 4-5pm. We are seeking for a few good 
volunteers to help us with the following:

Before the session:
* installing the boards from the poster session into a friendly-looking 
manner (this means being in the room at
least an hour before the start of the event)
* putting up the boards with various materials

During the session, we need help with:
* hanging around and inviting visitors to discuss, put post-its or
graffitis on the boards, etc.
* keeping an eye on the laptops
* taking pictures of the event to post later on the website
* help with cleaning up afterwards.
