[Sigia-l] "Acrobat file" vs. "PDF file"

PDF is to portable document file as JPG is to joint photographic experts
group.

Sometimes expanding the acronym helps with comprehension. Later, remembering
the full name requires some mental effort.

I'd be listening to crickets except that it's raining and I'm indoors.
