Glad to hear you're fine -
We have been using a technique called "effect mapping" for years,
which includes defining KPI:s together with the customer. (They're
usually not very good at it, but we can explain it to them and help
them to do it.)
I'm giving a short talk on effect mapping at IA SUmmit this year, on
