Just to set expectations - you will not be able to hire a decent UX  
professional for that amount. For a mid-level UX professional that  
knows their stuff - you should really be thinking around £80k.

The market is such that the best you can get is an entry level person  
with 2 years experience and a bachelors degree for £30k-£40k.
