Tomorrow is the last day of this year's Online Customer Engagement survey and it would be great if some people from the group could spare 5 mins to take the survey.

All participants will get an advanced copy of the full report (normally £150/$260).

 

The final report will include the results plus commentaries from a number of international industry commentators.
