Flickr's display tag will be "a pen is" - the URL will be a apenis.
apenis is only what delicious would allow, which doesn't allow spaces
at all.

Will everyday users know or care about CSV files? Should CSV format
determine UI design?

How about this list? No commas but you know it's a list, right?

   pomegranate
