Dan ,
I would also consider the amount of interactivity. By that measure I  
mean use of AJAX, JQuery or other JavaScript libraries, and other  
database interaction. One page sites can be very rich so the pricing  
by the page method would most likely grossly underestimate the amount  
of preparation, coding, and testing.
