[Sigia-l] Question for the Agencies - Ratio of UX to Visual Designers

I think 1.5 ux : 2 designers is ideal, but 1:3 is ok,
too.

It all depends on what you want your ux to do, as well
- strict ux design needs less than if you're relying
on your ux person to do strategy or content.

Of course, the smaller the agency, the more versatile
everyone needs to be. It depends... ;)
