I like the recommendations you've gotten so far (all digital). Here's an 
alternative: I really like recording anything with my iPod for the ease 
and portability. I bought a "Belkin TuneTalk Stereo" microphone for my 
new iPod classic and it did a good job at recording sessions at the IA 
Summit. It has a 3.5mm auxiliary stereo input at the bottom so I expect 
it would be simple to plug a phone or polycom into it. Sound quality is 
top notch and you just need to plug into your computer and it downloads 
to iTunes into a "voice memo" folder.
