Web Production Specialist

Brief Job Description
Responsible for producing effective and efficient web page layouts and
developing the front-end interface for online projects. Coordinate work
with team members, vendors and other departments. Must have advanced
HTML, CSS and Flash skills and be detail and deadline oriented. 


Responsibilities
* Own significant day-to-day production and maintenance responsibilities
for website content and marketing emails.
* Develop and implement interface layouts for new pages and content.
* Assist with interaction design for transactional components of
website.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to plan and build
professional and engaging online solutions.
* Ensure online efforts meet high usability standards and support the
AirTran brand.
* Ensure standards for style, accessibility and good coding practices
are maintained.
* Communicate information effectively and persuasively to stakeholders.
* Manage multiple work priorities for both short-term and long-term
projects.

Qualifications
* Minimum 1 to 2 years experience working with customer-focused
e-commerce websites.
* Advanced HTML, JavaScript and CSS skills.
* Strong Flash scripting experience.
* Excellent page composition and wire-frame skills.
* Must have experience with online interaction design.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
* Able to handle multiple priorities and meet short deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
* Online portfolio required.
