Actually, the correct sentence would be : "Cette entrée est taggée."ou
"cette entrée a été taggée" for "This entry is tagged".

but if you want something like "This entry is tagged *design* *photoshop*",
you should say : "cette entrée a pour tags:*design* *photoshop*".

Be careful, as in french "un tag" means a graffiti, so depending whether
your users are computer savy and web2.0 savy, you should avoid this term and
use the more traditionnal "mot-clef" or "mot-clé" (keyword).

Last but not least, tagclouds is traditionaly translated as "Nuage de mot"
or "nuage de mot-clés"
